缓存调制波熔铝炉石墨坩埚使用注意事项：

1加料时需轻拿轻放，不可大力放入坩埚内，以免撞破坩埚。埚内铝水液面发哦度不要超过面板铁圈下缘，切不可随意加大投放量，造成铝水溢出破坏炉体，由此造成的损失本公司不承担责任切不属包修范围，需要维修的费用另计。

2正常使用过程中建议6-8个月更换新坩埚，若6-8个月不换坩埚而造成的设备及其他损失本公司不承担责任，且不予包修。

3坩埚24小时不停使用寿命比更长，收工停炉时坩埚中之溶解汤料需清出，以免熔汤凝固再加热时会产生膨胀影响坩埚寿命甚至胀破坩埚。

4溶解助剂：铝合金之溶解使用助剂（FLLUX）及铜合金之硼砂，请少量用因多量会侵蚀坩埚壁，助剂需于铝金属溶解成汤面最小8分满时，轻放坩埚中速搅拌，避免附着于坩埚内壁进而馆蚀坩埚，铝合金之助剂如含钠（NA）成分超过10%，需用特殊材质之坩埚。

5于每日工作完成后，在坩埚还是红红时请速削落清理清洁坩埚壁附住之金属料，以免残渣过多影响传热及增加溶解时间，造成热膨胀而胀破坩埚。

3 The crucible has a longer service life than 24 hours non-stop. The dissolved soup in the crucible must be removed when the furnace is shut down to avoid expansion when the molten soup is solidified and reheated, which will affect the life of the crucible or even burst the crucible.

4 Dissolving aids: the dissolving aids for aluminum alloy (FLLUX) and copper alloy borax, please use a small amount because a large amount will corrode the crucible wall, and the additive needs to be placed in the crucible when the aluminum metal is dissolved into the soup for a minimum of 8 minutes Stir quickly to avoid adhering to the inner wall of the crucible and eroding the crucible. For aluminum alloy additives such as sodium (NA) content exceeding 10%, special crucibles are required.

5 After the daily work is completed, when the crucible is still red, please quickly cut and clean the metal material attached to the crucible wall, so as to avoid excessive residues that affect heat transfer and increase the dissolution time, causing thermal expansion and bursting of the crucible.
