Overview:

The total load of 15 continuous casting and rolling lines per hour is 16500kva, and the total area of equipment is 20m*150m.

Billet: continuous casting 90 × 90 mm billet

Finished product: ¢ 10 - 24 mm rebar.

Equipment layout: The main rolling mill 400 × 3 three-roller blanking machine reciprocates three rough rollings and then enters the finishing mill to roll into the required finished products.
