气动多触头内力压实造型机

一，用途、特点

本机可用于各种铸造车间粘土砂上下箱造型，可以单机使用或组成机械化流水线使用，亦可组成半自动线使用。

本机有3个特点：

1、采用气动多触头压实，没有漏油的困扰；比压适中，对型砂无特殊要求，触头数量多（60个），适合于复杂模型造型。

2、本机在压实时，机架不受力，而是由多触头体侧面下垂四根拉杆钩住工作台，随着多触头的向下伸出，进行压实，如果把触头、钩子、砂箱、型板、工作台看成一个系统的话，这种压实力是内力或称内力压实。

3、压震实，触头一方面压实砂型，同时随工作台一起震击（与机架脱离，机架不受震动）。故震击压实效果好，砂型硬度高而均匀（平均硬度达85~90，B型硬度计值），吃砂量可小至20~30毫米，吃砂比达H：B=2~3，且其型腔垂直面的硬度仍可达到80以上。

本机采用弹簧全缓冲气动微震机构，故对地基无特殊要求，起模采用连杆

同步轴结构，气压油调速，起模同步性好，速度控制自如。
