1:工位:1单工位,2双工位,5单工位下移动模具
三 结构
1:本机由机身,储沙室,射沙桶,上模板,下模板,抽芯控制,电脑控制器,加热电路,以及气动管路系统组成。
2:机身由坚固的钢结构框架,上部支撑储沙室,下部是容模机构,机身内部设有一个储气罐,控制阀安装室和电控柜。 3:射沙机构采用数字时间控制,射沙时间和压力可以调整。
4:气动控制管路系统采用标准电控电磁阀,并选用24V安全电压,气源浪费少,控制效果好,降低故障率。
四 吊运安装和调整
1:设备在吊装时应吊在机头挂钩上或者均匀吊在机身底座四点,确保安全后再施工。
2:设备放置到工作场地后应该保证工作台面水平度,不应超过1/1000

Work station: 1 single station, 2 double stations, 5 single station moving mold
1 : This machine consists of the fuselage, sand storage room, sanding bucket, upper template, lower template, core control , computer controller , heating circuit , and pneumatic piping system.
2 : The fuselage consists of a solid steel frame, the upper part supports the sand storage room, and the lower part is a cavity-forming mechanism. The inside of the fuselage is provided with a gas storage tank , a control valve installation room and an electric control cabinet.
3 : The sand shooting mechanism adopts digital time control, and the time and pressure of shooting can be adjusted.
4 : Pneumatic control pipeline system adopts standard electronically controlled solenoid valve, and selects 24V safety voltage , which has less waste of gas source, good control effect and lower failure rate.
1 : When lifting the equipment, it should be hung on the nose hook or evenly hang on the base of the fuselage at four points to ensure safety and then construction.
2 : After the equipment is placed on the work site, the level of the work surface should be guaranteed and should not exceed 1/1000.
