    中频感应熔化炉重点维修九大方法

    (针对一电两炉中频感应熔化炉有效)

    1、先静态,后动态

    所谓静态检查,就是在一电两炉中频感应熔化炉未通电之前进行的检查。当确认静态检查无误时,方可通电进行动态检查。若发现冒烟、闪烁等异常情况,应迅速关机,重新进行静态检查。这样可避免在情况不明时就给一电两炉中频感应熔化炉加电,造成不应有的损坏。

    在检修中应当先排除电路故障,然后再进行调试。因为调试必须是在电路正常的前提下才能进行。当然也有些故障是由于调试不当造成的,这时只需直接调试即可恢复正常。在更换元器件时一定要注意焊接质量,不要造成虚焊。另外,焊接时间也不宜过长,以免损坏元器件,造成不必要的经济损失。多次焊接电气电子元器件容易造成铜箔从电路板上脱落。更换元器件后,一电两炉中频感应熔化炉内的异物要及时清理干净,连线和插接件要重新检查一遍,并安装到位,以免造成另外的人为故障。

    7、先直流,后交流
