    5T中频熔炉
     

    5T  中频熔炉主要用于黑色金属的熔炼。例如,钢,球墨铸铁,灰口铁,钢合金,铁合金等也可以用于有色金属如铜和铝的熔炼。

    一,中频熔炉基本组成 

    3 000kw  中频电源(并联逆变器 )  ,谐振电容器组, 600mm2  水冷电缆, 5T  炉体(钢或铝)

     快速中频熔炼炉,标准功率配置为 3000 KW / 500HZ  ,大功率配置为 35 00KW / 500HZ  ,进线电压为 660V  ,中频电源输出电压为 1500V   

     IF电源的设计易于使用,并具有完善的保护措施,例如过流,过压,缺相,欠压和水温高。 

     中频熔炉炉体厚度可达 20mm  ,结构牢固,铜管壁厚 5mm  ,经过多层绝缘处理后稳定可靠。 

     中频熔炉的所有水管均采用不锈钢管制成,避免生锈和结垢,冷却效果大大提高。

    B,中频电源技术特点和性能

    C,炉体介绍壳结构分为两种结构:铝壳钢壳炉体小容量炉壳一般是由铝合金制成,其具有结构合理,体积小,安装方便,维修简单以及维护成本低。大容量炉体壳体采用钢架结构,炉体结构由炉体固定架和炉体组成,炉体固定架和炉体采用整体骨架结构。

    F, yoke 
    The furnace body has a built-in yoke, and the yoke shield can reduce the magnetic flux leakage, prevent the furnace body from heating and improve the efficiency. At the same time, the yoke acts as a support for fixing the induction coil, so that the furnace body achieves high strength and low noise. The yoke is a crescent-shaped yoke made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet and stainless steel splint.
