一、概述:
铜线退火设备用于铜线(黄铜合金外护层)在线退火用串联逆变中频感应加热设备,带能量监控装置,透入深度及硬度按客户具体要求,以达到去除应力和软化黄铜合金外护层的目的。
设备简介 :成套设备按机电一体化结构设计制造,其中串联逆变中频电源为6脉或者12脉波晶闸管KGPS200KW/8KHZ串联逆变中频电源(功率因数0.96以上)一套,负载为HTR系列感应加热炉一套,该设备设计有手动及自动调功旋钮,其中自动为温度闭环控制方式。外控操作台选用计算机xp系统触摸屏控制,在触摸屏上可方便输入加热参数,如铜线规格、加热速度、退火温度等,参数输入后中频电源温度闭环控制系统会自动调整输出功率,从而满足生产需求。当生产某个环节出现故障时,中频电源可根据计算机设定的温度进行保温,避免将铜线过烧。设备按用户要求摆放,面对设备从左向右操作,操作台正向主设备放置,利于操作人员观察生产情况及方便调整参数。
该设备具有完善的安全保护措施,主回路短路保护主回,路缺相保护,主回路过电流保护,低电压高保护,电网电压低保护,冷却水温高保护,冷却水压低保护,可控硅过电压保护,可控硅过电流保护,并对故障有声光报警装置。设备按200KW配置,留有足够的功率余量,保证设备24小时连续稳定生产。所有裸露导电体均安装于带锁电控箱内,并有醒目安全提示标志,不会发生电气安全事故。各连锁装置可避免因人工误操作对设备或铜线造成损坏。
设备结构 成套设备占地面积约为2000*1600mm*1000mm,中心高1500mm。电源与加热炉体一体化设计,采用膨胀螺栓固定方式。设备设计有外操作台,可根据现场情况随意布置,方便操作。设备安装简单快捷,用户只需将进出水口管道与设备进出水管口对接(进出水各一个管口),将三相四线接入设备断路器上端即可。
