二、圆钢全自动中频感应加热炉系统设备配置:
1.简述:
将工件手工排放于斜上料台后,通过刮板上料系统上料,料上到位后再由翻料系统将工件翻入感应炉口进料槽中,再由推料气缸按设定好的节拍推入加热炉内加热,出料口由快速提取系统将热料快速提出进入下一道锻压工序。红外测温仪检测并显示温度。

10、炉体结构
对于不同的被加热工件在加热时要更换不同的加热炉,为方便更换和减小更换炉体时的工作量,我公司加热炉设计为整体型
水的连接为快速接头,为了电的连接可靠采用4个螺栓连接方式。更换时只需松开此螺栓和打开水接头锁紧装置即可。
