缓存调制波熔铝炉烘炉的方法

缓存调制波熔铝炉在使用前必须烘炉，对于刚砌好炉衬的缓存调制波熔铝炉，应在不低于10～15℃的空气中自然干燥2～3天再进行通电烘炉。

烘炉工艺如下（详见坩埚保养工艺）：

    A、室温升到100℃，加热电流15A,空埚不加盖升温至100℃，恒温2h;

    B、100℃升到200℃，加热电流20A，空埚不加盖升温至200℃，恒温2h;

    C、200℃升到300℃，加热电流30A，空埚不加盖升温至300℃，恒温1h;

    D、300℃升到800℃，满负荷升温，空埚加盖升温至800℃，恒温1h;

缓存调制波熔铝炉长期搁置再使用时，亦应按上述规定进行烘炉。

     B. Raise the temperature from 100℃ to 200℃, the heating current is 20A, the empty pot is heated to 200℃ without a lid, and the temperature is constant for 2h;

     C. Raise 200℃ to 300℃, heating current 30A, the empty crucible is heated to 300℃ without lid, constant temperature for 1h;

     D. Raise the temperature from 300°C to 800°C, heat up at full load, cover the empty crucible and heat up to 800°C, keep the temperature constant for 1h;

When the buffer modulated wave aluminum melting furnace is put aside for a long time and then used again, the furnace should also be baked in accordance with the above regulations.
