某厂已知现有的锻件坯料为φ100×250mm,加热时间 10秒/件(包括辅助时间),初锻温度为 900℃。计算配置功率。计算φ100×250mm的质量为9.4Kg。
P=(0.168×1000×9.4)/(0.24×0.6×10)=1000KW
式中:
0.168—黑色金属的平均比热;
9.4—工件的质量(Kg);
1000—工件加热的温升;
0.24—功热当量;
0.6—平均效率(本例取0.6,一般可取 0.5~0.65,异型感应器更低,取 0.4);
10—加热时间(秒)
根据以上计算,可以配置额定功率为1000KW的 1KHz锻造感应加热炉。
