海拔不超过3000m；环境温度在3—40℃范围内；（0℃以下地区需采取防冻措施）；使用地区每月最大相对湿度的月平均值不大于90%；周围没有导电尘埃，爆炸性气体及能严重损坏金属和绝缘的腐蚀性气体。
