1、齿轮装配最高能加热到多高温℃要看过盈量大小,通常齿轮与轴之间有两种配合,一种是带键槽的,另一种完全靠过盈--不带键槽的。不带键槽的过盈量一般非常大,足够的过盈是保证孔与轴不会打滑,两者形成抱死。
2、齿轮内孔带键槽的过盈量不大,加热温℃不需要很高就能实现顺利安装。而不带键槽的齿轮根据直径大小不同过盈量也不相同,小齿轮有的过盈5-7丝就够了,而直径较大的齿轮甚至会达到10丝以上。
3、齿轮加热器正常情况下将齿轮加热到150--180℃时可以实现过盈装配,对于直径大、质量重达百公斤或过吨的齿轮就要加热温℃稍高一点,小齿轮可以用夹子、钳子或直接戴手套拿着装配,大齿轮往往要起吊、转移、对准、降落分几个步骤才能安装上去,有一定过程,装配所需要时间较长。
4、齿轮调质件较好的加热温℃也不可超过250℃,应考虑到低温回火,热装温℃比使用温℃高出30-40℃之间比较合理,所以很多厂家选择180℃作为最高温℃。设计时应计算清楚膨胀系数,设定合理的过盈量,控制好加热温℃才不会改变材质及硬℃。
5、如果过盈量很大的话,可以将齿轮加热器与压机配套使用,先加热到一定温℃,还是不能直接热套的话就利用压机进行压装。齿轮淬火的具体情况可以向供应厂家了解一下,做到心中有数,只有设计合理才能达到最好的效果。

The large gear often needs to be hoisted, transferred, aligned, and lowered in several steps to install it. There is a certain process, and the assembly takes a long time.
4. The better heating temperature of gear tempered parts should not exceed 250°C. Low temperature tempering should be considered.
