铸造铁水浇铸的十大注意事项!

7、铸件必须准确、稳定,不允许从冒口往砂箱中倒入铁水,观察铁水。
8、铁水倒入砂型时,要随时点燃从汽孔、冒口、箱缝排出的废气,以免有毒气体和铁水飞溅伤人。
9、剩余的铁水应倒入准备好的铁模或砂坑中。不得倒在沙堆和地面上,以防铁水爆炸伤人。因走火或其他原因在地面上流动的铁水,在凝固前不得用沙子覆盖,凝固后应及时清除。
10、所有设备使用前应检查安全可靠,使用后清理干净。
