50吨中频炉感应线圈主要要求：

1、主线圈材料：62x50x10矩形紫铜管，32圈；付线圈?50x4不锈钢管（304），上下各3圈

2、胶木立柱紧固丝杆孔距应符合图纸要求，累计误差≤±2mm，紧固丝杆为黄铜M16x105

3、胶木立柱2为线圈进线侧，1根，其余为胶木立柱1,17根

4、线圈冷却水接头均为?45宝塔接头，长150；上下三圈为304不锈钢，焊接时往中部倾斜，便于胶管安装，其余为T2紫铜

5、线圈应保证安装互换性和电气性能。
