感应熔化炉怎样验收?
感应熔化炉的验收,按照技术规范标准进行, 共分四步: 感应熔化炉制造过程中验收、出厂前验收、开箱验收和最终验收。
1、 感应熔化炉制造过程中验收:按照技术规范标准对各部件制造工艺流程及材料材质、规格、尺寸等方面的验收。
a 、炉体制造过程中验收
供方在炉体制造前需将炉体主材料规格、炉体制造工艺提交需方审核。在炉体制造过程中,供方需电告需方,需方委派技术人员对制造过程进行监督。
b、 感应圈制造过程中验收
供方在感应圈制造前需将材料规格(材质单)、制造工艺提交需方审核。在制造过程中,供方需电告需方,需方委派技术人员对制造过程进行监督。
c、 磁轭制造过程中验收
磁轭的制造需方将进行制作全过程的跟综,包括:材质单的审核;原材料审核、下料工序、制造工序、组装工序等。
d、 中频电源柜
中频电源柜组装完毕后,需方派技术人员对柜内元器件、电抗器;补偿电容柜进行验收,并参加电源调试工作。
f、整体组装过程中验收
各部件生产完毕后,对整套感应熔化炉进行组装时通知需方对组装过程进行监督。
上述验收过程中如双方存有异议,需供方提出解决方案,需方认可双方达成共识后,供方方可进行下道工序的生产。
2、感应熔化炉出厂验收
出厂前的验收在生产厂家进行,产品发货前由供方通知甲派人员按《感应熔化炉技术规范》及国标的有关规定进行初验收。出厂检验项目如下:
a.感应熔化炉整体构成验收;
根据感应熔化炉技术规范检查感应熔化炉配置是否满足要求。
b.电气性能检查
感应线圈与炉壳电气间隙测量 、感应线圈对炉壳的绝缘电阻测量、中频无芯熔炼炉绝缘耐压试验、电容器对地绝缘质量检查。
c.液压系统的检验;
产品生产厂家的审核。
d.配套件的检查,包括型号、规格、出厂合格证件、相关图纸的检查;
e.供货范围, 包括出厂技术文件完整性的检查;
f、安装铜排材质及尺寸验收。
J、包装检查。
3、感应熔化炉开箱验收
开箱验收这项工作在安装地进行,产品全部运抵使用地后,甲、乙双方按装箱单检查整箱数量,并开箱清点、验收各箱装入产品的零部件、配套件、随机附件及元器件的名称和数量,确认供方在运输过程中有无损坏和丢失。
4.感应熔化炉最终验收
最终验收是产品质量和性能的全面验收。时间从调试开始,电炉正常运转一周后对相关参数进行考核。其验收项目如下:
a. 感应熔化炉启动验收
空炉状态下连续启动五次,成功率100%;满炉料状态下连续启动五次,成功率100%;
b. 中频电源性能考核
恒功率输出时间、直流电压、中频电压、中频电流、工作频率、双路整流均流性能、电抗器噪声等满足感应熔化炉技术规范要求。
c. 熔化温度的测量
钢水熔化温度满足感应熔化炉技术规范
d. 炉子主电路的电耗、熔化率的测量
熔化率考核国标检测,连续三炉次工作取平均值,上限不得超过5%。
e. 水路系统的检验
全封闭冷却塔技术参数的考核,冷却水路检查无渗水现象。连续工作六炉次,对全封闭冷却塔出水温度的考核。
f. 热态状况下炉体及各器件温升的测量
连续工作六炉次,对各器件温升的考核,满足感应熔化炉技术规范中对温升的要求。
g、液压系统
满炉状况下,炉体起降平稳,操作灵活,各项性能满足技术规范要求。油路无渗漏现象。
h、炉体系统
磁轭、感应圈安装布局合理,水路畅通,水冷电缆无硬点处,炉架具有足够的刚度,在承载最大装料量时运行平稳。
i、安装中的验收
油路清洗、水路管道刷绿色面漆、支架刷漆。
j、项目整体验收。
整体安装规范性、配套产品供货厂家、变压器性能要求是否满足等工作。
最终验收合格后双方共同签订调试验收报告。

How to accept the induction melting furnace?

c. Acceptance during the manufacturing process of the yoke
The manufacturer of the magnetic yoke will follow up the whole production process, including: the review of the material list; the review of the raw materials, the blanking process, the manufacturing process, and the assembly process.
d. Intermediate frequency power supply cabinet
After the intermediate frequency power supply cabinet is assembled, the buyer shall send technicians to check and accept the components, reactors, and compensation capacitor cabinets in the cabinet, and participate in the power supply debugging work.
f. Acceptance during the overall assembly process
After the production of each component is completed, the purchaser shall be notified to supervise the assembly process when the entire induction melting furnace is assembled.
If there are disagreements between the two parties during the above-mentioned acceptance process, the supplier shall propose a solution, and the supplier can proceed to the next process after the buyer recognizes that the two parties have reached a consensus.
2. Factory acceptance of induction melting furnace
The inspection and acceptance before leaving the factory is carried out by the manufacturer, and the supplier shall notify the personnel of Party A to carry out the initial inspection and acceptance in accordance with the "Induction Melting Furnace Technical Specification" and the relevant provisions of the national standard before the product is shipped. The factory inspection items are as follows:
a. Acceptance of the overall composition of the induction melting furnace;
According to the technical specifications of the induction melting furnace, check whether the configuration of the induction melting furnace meets the requirements.
b. Electrical performance inspection
Measurement of the clearance between the induction coil and the furnace shell, the insulation resistance measurement of the induction coil to the furnace shell, the insulation withstand voltage test of the intermediate frequency coreless smelting furnace, and the insulation quality inspection of the capacitor to the ground.
c. Inspection of hydraulic system;
Audit by the product manufacturer.
d. Inspection of supporting parts, including inspections of models, specifications, factory qualified certificates, and related drawings;
e. The scope of supply, including the inspection of the completeness of the factory technical documents;
f. Acceptance of installation copper bus material and size.
J. Packaging inspection.
3. Unpacking acceptance of induction melting furnace
The unpacking and acceptance work is carried out at the installation site. After all the products are delivered to the place of use, both parties shall check the quantity of the whole box according to the packing list, and check and accept the parts, accessories, and accessories of the products in each box. The name and quantity of the attached accessories and components, confirm whether the supplier is damaged or lost during transportation.
4. Final acceptance of induction melting furnace
Final acceptance is a comprehensive acceptance of product quality and performance. The time starts from the commissioning, and the relevant parameters will be assessed after the electric furnace runs normally for a week. The acceptance items are as follows:
a. Start-up acceptance of induction melting furnace
Start five times in an empty furnace state, and the success rate is 100%; start five times in a full furnace charge state, and the success rate is 100%;
b. IF power supply performance assessment
Constant power output time, DC voltage, intermediate frequency voltage, intermediate frequency current, working frequency, dual rectifier current sharing performance, reactor noise, etc. meet the technical specifications of induction melting furnace.
c. Measurement of melting temperature
The melting temperature of molten steel meets the technical specifications of induction melting furnace
d. Measurement of power consumption and melting rate of the main circuit of the furnace
The melting rate is tested by the national standard, and the average value of three consecutive heats is taken, and the upper limit shall not exceed 5%.
e. Inspection of waterway system
Check the technical parameters of the fully enclosed cooling tower, and check the cooling water circuit without water seepage. Work continuously for six heats to assess the temperature of the outlet water of the fully enclosed cooling tower.
f. Measurement of the temperature rise of the furnace body and each device under hot conditions
Continuously working for six times, the assessment of the temperature rise of each device meets the temperature rise requirements in the technical specifications of the induction melting furnace.
g. Hydraulic system
When the furnace is full, the furnace body can take off and fall smoothly, operate flexibly, and all performances meet the requirements of technical specifications. There is no leakage in the oil circuit.
h. Furnace system
The yoke and induction coil are installed in a reasonable layout, the waterway is unobstructed, and the water-cooled cable has no hard spots. The furnace frame has sufficient rigidity and runs smoothly when carrying the maximum loading.
i. Acceptance during installation
Oil circuit cleaning, green paint on water pipes, and bracket paint.
j. Project overall experience collection.
The overall installation standardization, supporting product supplier, whether the transformer performance requirements are met, and so on.
After the final acceptance is passed, the two parties jointly sign the commissioning test acceptance report.
