八,中频熔铝炉安全操作指南
1、开机前,首先检查水、气、电是否接通,接通后即可进行下列操作;
2、操作人员必须配制相应的绝缘鞋,手套等。
3、操作人员必须具备相应的电工知识。
4、设备检修前,必须先拉掉电闸确定断开电源后,再进行放电处理,然后挂上检修牌后,一再检修,如必须带电操作,必须两人以上在场,但绝不允许带高压操作。
5、开机前,首先确定水路正常,设备各部分正常才允许开机。
6、先开一档灯丝,五分钟后再开二档灯丝,再五分钟后,才可送高压。
7、送高压前,确定输出调节电位器处于最小位置,然后再送高压,并把输出电压,调至工作时的电压。
8、确定有工件以后,就可按加热按钮,使设备工作,但绝不允许空载加热。
9、如工作时,设备出现异常情况,必须马上断开电源,查清楚原因以后,再工作。
10、设备工作完毕后,先断开加热,再断开高压,然后关灯丝,断开电源。
11、设备停止工作以后,必须等五分钟以后,再断开水源。
12、设备工作期间,如临时有事必须离开,则须做到,人离机停,绝不允许,无人时机器还在工作。
九,中频熔铝炉维护及保养指南
1、正确的维护和保养,可以保证设备有良好的工作性能及长久的使用寿命。
2、 每班工作完毕后对设备进行除水:方法是用气枪将水珠吹干,将工作台面的灰尘和杂物清理干净,保证设备干净、整洁.
3、水冷却的要求:水冷却对感应加热设备极其重要,水质不好,将导致设备内部生锈结垢、管路堵塞,将直接导致设备损坏,无法正常工作。
4、 线圈在没有通水的情况下严禁加热,否则线圈会烧坏、电源也会因空载而烧坏。
5、 推荐使用的冷却水:蒸馏水——软化水——纯净水——经过滤的自来水
6、 严禁使用的冷却水:海水、盐水、未经过滤的河水和井水。
7、推荐供水方式:封闭循环供水+水冷却热交换器。
8、 输入电压三相380V(三相五线制供电)。
9、 机器通电后,禁止触摸电源、变压器所有输入输出接头,以免造成安全事故。
10、维修设备时必须关闭设备的空气开关,以及外部的总开关,停止输送水设备。
