    四,中频熔铝炉与中频熔铁炉不同点

    铝为非磁性材料 ,  在整个熔炼过程中 , 磁场极易发散 ,  故磁轭布置要合理。首先 , 磁轭面积必须足够大 , 尽可能长 , 才能保证感应器轴向及径向磁场有足够的通边。如果感应器是两段线圈 (并联反绕) ,  则要考虑中间接缝处的漏磁问题。其次 , 感应器匝间距离不易过大 , 8-12mm 为宜。

    五,中频熔铝炉衬选择

    中频铝炉由于频率高 , 铝液震动频率高 , 加之铝的自身特性 , 其穿透性特强 , 所以炉衬是非常关键的。应选用铝炉专用炉衬 , 一般好的炉衬可使用 300 以上炉次。铝熔化时 , 产生的涡流很大。熔化初期 , 由于炉料无规则分布 , 致使电源遭受强大冲击 , 很容易烧坏可控硅 , 所以制作中频电源时 , 要对其耐冲击性加强考虑。

      七,中频熔铝炉感应加热过程的能量损耗汇总:

       1、 感应器内流过电流引起的发热损耗:该损耗被冷却水带走。这部分损耗是系统的主要损耗,与感应器结构、炉料物理性能、加热频率相关,常用“电效率”描述此项损耗。 电效率为传输到被加热工件的能量与感应器从电源得到的能量之比。

       2、热损耗:被加热工件向周围散热引起的损耗,这部分损耗仅次于感应器损耗。常用“热效率”描述此项损耗,热效率为使工件加热的净热量与工件从感应线圈得到的总热量之比。

      3、传输损耗:从变频电源向负载供电的电缆、母线引起的损耗,一般在2%7%

      4、变换损耗:电源柜内的变流元件、滤波电感、换流电感、补偿电容的损耗,一般在2%5%

      6中频熔铝炉效率为 62%,热效率能达到75%,变频损耗为3%,传输损耗为 5%

      八,中频熔铝炉安全操作指南 

      1开机前,首先检查水、气、电是否接通,接通后即可进行下列操作;

      2操作人员必须配制相应的绝缘鞋,手套等。

      3操作人员必须具备相应的电工知识。

      4设备检修前,必须先拉掉电闸确定断开电源后,再进行放电处理,然后挂上检修牌后,一再检修,如必须带电操作,必须两人以上在场,但绝不允许带高压操作。

      5开机前,首先确定水路正常,设备各部分正常才允许开机。

      6先开一档灯丝,五分钟后再开二档灯丝,再五分钟后,才可送高压。

      7送高压前,确定输出调节电位器处于最小位置,然后再送高压,并把输出电压,调至工作时的电压。

      8确定有工件以后,就可按加热按钮,使设备工作,但绝不允许空载加热。

      9如工作时,设备出现异常情况,必须马上断开电源,查清楚原因以后,再工作。

      10设备工作完毕后,先断开加热,再断开高压,然后关灯丝,断开电源。

      11设备停止工作以后,必须等五分钟以后,再断开水源。

      12设备工作期间,如临时有事必须离开,则须做到,人离机停,绝不允许,无人时机器还在工作。

      九,中频熔铝炉维护及保养指南  

      1正确的维护和保养,可以保证设备有良好的工作性能及长久的使用寿命。

      2 每班工作完毕后对设备进行除水:方法是用气枪将水珠吹干,将工作台面的灰尘和杂物清理干净,保证设备干净、整洁.

      3水冷却的要求:水冷却对感应加热设备极其重要,水质不好,将导致设备内部生锈结垢、管路堵塞,将直接导致设备损坏,无法正常工作。

      4 线圈在没有通水的情况下严禁加热,否则线圈会烧坏、电源也会因空载而烧坏。

      5 推荐使用的冷却水:蒸馏水——软化水——纯净水——经过滤的自来水

      6 严禁使用的冷却水:海水、盐水、未经过滤的河水和井水。

      7推荐供水方式:封闭循环供水+水冷却热交换器。

      8 输入电压三相380V(三相五线制供电)。

      9 机器通电后,禁止触摸电源、变压器所有输入输出接头,以免造成安全事故。

      10维修设备时必须关闭设备的空气开关,以及外部的总开关,停止输送水设备。

      11应避免设备置于阳光暴晒、雨淋、潮湿等环境下。

      12 设备的维修应由专业人员进行。

      13 没有关闭控制箱门时,不可开启电源,以避免出现安全事故。

      14当工作完成后首先关闭控制箱电源,15分钟后才能停止供水,以免损害电源
