    单液压支柱淬火回火,可处理规格Φ20~Φ160mm。整条线共有五组线圈,分别由五个完全独立调节的变频模块进行多区控制。每个区的最后一组都是作为一个保温区,以获得更好的奥氏体化效果。研磨棒冷却系统采用水冷,由5个淬火水环及一个直线性切断喷头组成。研磨棒淬火、回火全过程由连续式斜面辊道进行单只连续传输,研磨棒自旋转式前进,可以保证研磨棒加热、冷却的均匀性,得到更好的平直度。
