购买感应熔化炉用户需要自备的项目

  1．高压供电条件：包括高压开关柜、电力变压器及线缆；

  2．低压供电条件：包括低压配电柜（屏）及线缆；

  3．中频电源柜输出到电容器组架母排；

  4．电容器组架到水冷电缆接头处槽路母排；

  5．感应熔化炉用冷却水循环水池

    1)不加水淋塔时：不小于lOOm3，深度1. 5-2m;

    2)加水淋塔时：根据水淋塔热交换能力而定，每小时换热量大约需1 5万大卡；

  6．水泵：建议采用双泵双电机，水泵扬程≥30m，流量≥300升／分钟；(20M3/h)

  7．进水主管道：口径≥3英寸，分水管路为1. 5-2.5英寸；

  8．回水主管道：口径≥4英寸，介水管路为2. 5-3英寸；
