u 钢坯头部温度: 表面949 °C –芯部1065 °C – 平均 975 °C
u 钢坯尾部温度: 表面933 °C – 芯部 1005 °C – 平均 948 °C
u 从头到尾经过时间: 145 s – 速度0.083 m/s – 产量51.8 t/h
u 要求第一架轧机入口头尾均等温度,最低 1050 °C现场工作条件:
三、 电源频率与功率的平面布置的确定:
u 根据坯料最大尺寸150x150 mm 12 m 经计算频率范围在1600Hz~600Hz范围内,本加热炉频率确定为1000Hz。
u 根据最大坯料150x150 mm 12 m 重量(2080公斤)和生产率(145秒/每件)计算所需加热功率最大为1500kw,此功率可以满足所有的钢坯加热及保温。
