二、设计依据:

工艺速度:1200㎜/min—4000㎜/min
三、管道传送架
根据用户要求,我公司Ф108—Ф630 钢管3PE管道防腐 ,管道防腐生产线设计为传动轴连接的传送线,这样使管道运行速度平稳并方便了大小管螺距的调整。传送架底座采用国标18#槽钢、18#方钢和 12㎜厚钢板焊接。此生产线传送架的规格为1600㎜×5000㎜×12个(每个架装三组轮胎)。1600㎜×800㎜×5个,(其中一个装高温轮,一个加装动力)。传送轮型号为600-9充气轮胎(比实心轮变形能力强,管道运行平稳),动力采用变频控制。传动轮底座固定在孔间距一致的调节轨道上,方便大小管间距的调节;宽度调节采用丝杠调节,提高了管道传送精度减少了劳动强度。
四、除锈机:
本机是在引进美国、意大利的先进技术的基础上,采用现代计算机模拟技术,研制开发的一种新型钢管外壁抛丸清理设备,可去除钢管表面的锈和氧化皮,完全达到钢管外壁涂履前的清理要求,可满足小、中型工程钢管外壁清理需要。
五、中频加热:
此生产线配置250KW和500KW共二台中频加热设备。250KW用于除锈机前,除去钢管表面水分,提高除锈效果。500KW用于外环氧粉末喷涂加热。控制部分采用专门设计的控制线路,具有过压、过流、限 压/限流、缺相、欠压、欠水压等保护。 控制线路专设集成箱与高压区全隔离,保持控制室清洁,冷却。大大提高控制线路板寿命和系统可靠性。优选国内知名厂家大功率变流器件。
六、喷粉系统:
1、8枪控制中心。 DK型 1套
以上装置含自动喷枪8支,喷枪为内置高压,控制柜控制8支自动喷枪的电压、电流及气路系统。并控制8支文丘里供粉泵供粉系统。
以上装置含流化床供粉系统1套,流化床外形尺寸:(L×W×H)800×775×570(mm)含8支文丘里供粉泵。
七、挤塑机
此生产线须配置SJF150/30一台、SJF65/28一台防腐专用挤出机。
八、水冷却室:
采用塑钢封闭,美观大方,便于观察。全部做成活动窗,方便进入。水泵采用流量为每小时100立方二台(一台备用)。冷却水管调节阀门装在操作柜一侧,便于调节。
九、 空压机及拨管机构:
本生产线配备一台6立方螺杆式空压机,一台6立方空气干燥机,1立方储气罐一台供喷粉设备用,但气量有富余,所以把拨管系统的油缸改为气缸,节省了液压站及液压油的投资和每年换液压油的费用。维修也干净、方便。共需要8个拨叉及气缸,2个举升机气缸。
十、 破口机、举升机和二次除锈机:
破口机采用钢丝轮破口机,本套装置安装行走轮可移动工作。而且装有粉尘回收装置有效解决环保问题。
举升机采用气缸升降,传动轮采用单轮举升两端动力传动的方式,保证加工需要。
二次除锈采用钢丝轮除锈及压缩空气吹扫,保证钢管外壁清洁度达到要求,提高环氧粉末的附着力。
十一、放管平台
上管、下管、过渡平台均采用18#国标工字钢焊接,保证了平台的坚固性。三个平台总长30米。
十二、制造及安装工期
制作工期为合同生效之日起40天制作完毕,安装工期20天(安装条件具备)。

According to the user's requirements, our company Ф108—Ф630 steel pipe 3PE pipeline anti-corrosion, pipeline anti-corrosion production line is designed as the transmission line connecting the drive shaft, so that the pipeline running speed is stable and convenient to adjust the pitch of the large and small pipes. The base of the conveyor is welded by national standard 18# channel steel, 18# square steel and 12mm thick steel plate. The specifications of this line conveyor are 1600mm × 5000mm × 12 (three sets of tires per rack). 1600mm × 800mm × 5, (one of which is equipped with a high temperature wheel and one is equipped with power). The transmission wheel model is a 600-9 pneumatic tire (stronger than the solid wheel, the pipeline runs smoothly), and the power is controlled by frequency conversion. The base of the transmission wheel is fixed on the adjusting track with the same hole spacing to facilitate the adjustment of the spacing between the large and small pipes; the width adjustment adopts the screw adjustment, which improves the pipeline conveying precision and reduces the labor intensity.
This machine is based on the introduction of advanced technology from the United States and Italy, using a modern computer simulation technology, developed a new type of steel pipe outer wall shot blasting equipment, which can remove the rust and scale on the surface of the steel pipe, completely before the outer wall of the steel pipe is painted. The cleaning requirements can meet the needs of cleaning the outer wall of small and medium-sized engineering steel pipes.
This production line is equipped with 2 50KW and 50 0KW total two intermediate frequency heating equipment. 25 0KW is used for removing the surface moisture of the steel pipe before the descaling machine to improve the descaling effect. 5 00 KW is used for external epoxy powder spray heating. The control part adopts a specially designed control circuit with overvoltage, overcurrent, voltage limiting/current limiting, phase loss, undervoltage, under water pressure and other protections. The control line dedicated integrated box is completely isolated from the high pressure area to keep the control room clean and cool. Greatly improve control board life and system reliability. It is preferred to have high-power converter devices from well-known domestic manufacturers.
8 gun control center. DK type 1 set
The above device contains 8 automatic spray guns, the spray gun is built-in high pressure, and the control cabinet controls the voltage, current and pneumatic system of 8 automatic spray guns. And control 8 venturi powder pump powder supply system.
The above device comprises a set of fluidized bed powder supply system. The size of the fluidized bed: (L×W×H) 800×775×570 (mm) contains 8 venturi powder pumps.
This production line shall be equipped with one SJF1 5 0/30 and one SJF 6 5/ 28 anti-corrosion extruder.
It is closed with plastic steel and is beautiful and easy to observe. All are made into a movable window for easy access. The pump uses a flow rate of 100 cubic meters per hour (one standby). The cooling water pipe regulating valve is installed on the side of the operation cabinet for easy adjustment.
The production line is equipped with a 6-cubic screw air compressor, a 6-cubic air dryer, and a 1-cubic gas storage tank for the powder spraying equipment. However, the gas volume is sufficient, so the cylinder of the pipe-cutting system is changed to a cylinder. It saves the investment in hydraulic stations and hydraulic oil and the cost of changing hydraulic oil every year. Maintenance is also clean and convenient. A total of 8 forks and cylinders and 2 lift cylinders are required.
10, breaking machine, lift and secondary descaling machine:
The breaking machine adopts a wire wheel breaking machine, and the set device is equipped with a walking wheel to be movable. Moreover, the dust recovery device is equipped to effectively solve environmental problems.
The lift adopts the cylinder lifting, and the transmission wheel adopts the single- wheel lifting power transmission at both ends to ensure the processing needs.
The secondary descaling adopts the wire wheel derusting and compressed air purging to ensure the cleanliness of the outer wall of the steel pipe meets the requirements and improve the adhesion of the epoxy powder.
The upper tube, the lower tube and the transition platform are all welded with 18# GB-shaped I-beam, which ensures the robustness of the platform. The three platforms have a total length of 30 meters.
The production period is 40 days from the effective date of the contract, and the installation period is 20 days (the installation conditions are available).
